(Please refer to page. 19 from the link below to clear CMOS)
Already done - the same behavior

2.Install only one memory module on different slots.
Already done - the same behavior.

3.Try with another RAM module.
Already done, my shop which sold me RAM's send me another two pieces - still the same behavior.

4.Remove the graphics card and try with the onboard graphics to see if it is graphics card related.
Already tried, without graphic card I have the same behavior.

5.Remove the storages devices.
Already tried with different hard drive also on windows - the same behavior.

6.Try changing the power supply.
Already tried, I have also photos :D connected from other PC, it was funny. Unfortunately - still same behavior.

Nothing helps, my mother board is just 4 months after guarantee... and right after seems it broke :/

PC Survive longer if I enable Profile 1 in Bios settings, without that it freeze even on logon screen. With Profile 1 enabled it survive way longer but still freeze randomly.

I have no idea whats going on here and what I can do next. :/

I am like sure it's something with the voltage, but this is not normal that it just started happening 4 months after guarantee ended.
To find out, please try the suggestions below:
1.Clear CMOS. (Please refer to page. 19 from the link below to clear CMOS)
https://download.asrock.com/Manual/Z370%20Pro4.pdf
2.Install only one memory module on different slots.
3.Try with another RAM module.
4.Remove the graphics card and try with the onboard graphics to see if it is graphics card related.
5.Remove the storages devices.
6.Try changing the power supply.

If the problem persists, please clean install the Win10 to see if it is driver related.

With thanks,
ASRock TSD

    Author: hapvlz
Subject: 16356
Posted: 23 Sep 2020 at 5:13am

Hello everyone,

after few hours of reading multiple threads without any positive results I've decided to request for assistance.

My build is:
Motherboard: ASRock Z370 PRO4 (With latest possible BIOS update 4.30 from here http://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/Z370%20Pro4/index.asp#BIOS)
RAM: Patriot Viper 4, DDR4, 8 GB, 3000MHz, CL16 (PV48G300C6K) x2 (In slots A2 + B2)
Graphic card: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 AERO ITX OC 6GB GDDR5 (192 Bit) DVI-D, 2xHDMI, 2xDP, BOX (GTX 1060 AERO ITX 6G OC)
Processor: Intel Core i3-8350K, 4GHz, 8 MB, BOX (BX80684I38350K)
Power supply: SilentiumPC Vero L2 500W (SPC164)

My problem is:
from some time I've started having issues with my PC that it hanged without any reaction, and only way was to hard reset it. Today i've decided to re-install Windows 10, and update bios + drivers. And it went even WORSE! Now the hangs happening often than before. I don't even require to open game to get into a issue.

My BIOS settings are set to default, however I've tried also changing vccio and vccsa to 1.100 and 1.150 (by default they were 0.950V and 1.050V).

But that not helped also, its better than on other values but still bad.
Also I noticed that my memory speed works on 2133 MHz while those are 3000MHz.

I'll appreciate any kind of assistance, will share whatever is needed.
Thank you in advance guys, you are my last hope, I've raised it with a shop that builded this PC for me but they will keep suggesting replacting things while it looks like obvious issue with the configuration.
