Your SOP is very clear and now i can use the polychrome after flash the firmware.

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


Regarding this problem, we suggest downloading the latest Polychrome utility and flash the RGB LED firmware manually, kindly refer to following steps.

1. Uninstall the ASRock Polychrome you are using in Control Panel and make sure the ASRRGB folder disappears.

2. Download ASRock Polychrome RGB ver:2.0.71 utility by below link and install it.
https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B450%20Steel%20Legend/index.asp#Download

3. Type "CMD" in search bar and right click to choose "Run as administrator".

4. Go to RGB app installation folder by typing "cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin"

5. Flash the RGB chip using the following command "WriteFW.bat"

After step 5, kindly wait about 30 sec and the FW flash will be finished.

I have installed ASROCK LED utility with new win10 OS and the board is using just a month B450 Steel Legend. I try to change its color but no effect and it just light on and off repeatedly.
