Hello!

I have the x470 Taichi and some Patriot Viper RGB RAM on there.
I have tried Polychrome 1.0.60 and 1.0.74.
Both can control the RAM's RGB features from inside Polychrome successfully.

But I need to use Chroma Connect.
And when using Chrome Connect (through Synapse 3) the RAM is always ignored and stays in the last program that it has been set to before enabling Chrome Connect.
(The other components, like the mainboard's own RGB features are working, so its assured that Chroma Connect itself is working). Just the RAM won't be adressed through Chroma Connect.

Can you please fix this?
