B450 Steel Legend LED not turning off.

Hi everyone. I'm using the B450 Steel Legend and the built-in LEDs on the motherboard are not turning off after shut down. The RAMs and other aRGB components are turned off though.

I've already done the following:
- Disabled on board LED in s5.
- Disabled deep sleep in s4 and s5.
- Disabled fast boot for power button.
