After i looked at it, i will def go and give it some love after, i have air at my work to blast the dust out!.

And yes These are the thermal pads from the vrms!.. Not sure about the cooler, but my temps go very high up, i monitor with OCCT bench and msi afterburner, and how can a stock processor go up so high, in NZXT cam (cooling settings) it says cpu idle 35c liquid 31, fans ~1000rpm and the kraken x pump 2600rpm i don't hear the pump tho. Its dead silent. Not sure how to check if its working

Update after thinking about the pump, i found this video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNNLWPLqAYM

Tried it and it worked!! Seems i had bubbles in my AIO water cooler, I transfer my pc often because i live in 2 places. The temps wend down to Maximum of 70C on load, and idle went down to 20. Now lets OC that thing back.

Untill ricently my CPU started to freeze and overheat, i went to stock annd even them, after OCCT AVX2 test my pc overheats i get about 95+C on STOCK settings. I have checked the thermalpaste it did not help the Kraken x53 sitting well. Could there be a problem with my mobo, i have spoted some oil on the power phase caps, is this the problem of my overheat? I add pictures.
