Sorry, we have checked with the technical team, however, they have not received a support email with the model of Z390M Pro4 and RTX 2070.

Regarding your question, BIOS 4.30 has graphics card related updates.
Kindly try to update the BIOS to 4.30 to see if it will work.

Hello. I have a problem with my video card. The fact is that I am thrown out of almost all games on the desktop, except for undemanding ones. (Tomb Rider - after 20-30 minutes, RUST - after 10 minutes, ...)
I tried everything I could, except flashing the BIOS and sending the video card under warranty.
Technical support is not responding, so I am writing here.
I have firmware P 4.10 on z390m Pro4 motherboard. RTX 2070 graphics card.
