I built my PC a couple years ago with the ASRock X370 AM4 Motherboard, and just recently switched out the case and power supply because I was having issues with it restarting randomly. It seemed to do the trick, and worked perfectly for about 2 months until yesterday.

The PC shut down under a normal load browsing the internet. It required me to fully shut off the power source in order to boot up again. There are no issues while it's running. The CPU temp was normal around 44C. My case has good ventilation. Today, it shut down again and will not boot back up.

It seems to be a hardware issue, but I have no clue where to start trouble shooting. Any recommendations on what to look for is appreciated. I'm thinking about replacing the thermal paste glue on my processor (about 2 years old). Any thoughts?
