Thanks for posting.

3 beeps might be an indication of the RAM problem.

Please try the suggestions below:
1. Please refer to the page.19 to clear CMOS.
   https://download.asrock.com/Manual/Fatal1ty%20Z270%20Gaming%20K4.pdf
2. Kindly reinstall the CPU.
3. Please install the memory module x1 to different slots.

If the problem persists, kindly try to change the power supply/CPU/RAM to see if it can fix the problem.

I have a computer with specifications.
Asrock Z270 Gaming K4 motherboards
Core i5 6500K processor
Memory DDR4 Kit (2x8Gb) 16Gb T-Forze 3000Mhz
MSI RX580 8Gb Armor Graphic Card
PSU Cooler Master 850 Watt Modullar
M.2 NVME Union Memory 256Gb
2TB Western Digital Purple HDD

My computer currently has a condition, when it is turned on, it makes 3-3-3-3-1 (13x) beeps. I have tried to turn it on by removing components such as VGA, M.2, and HDD. and I have also replaced it with new memory. but my computer still makes the same beep.
please help me .. computers for me are a missing part of life.
