Regarding your problem, we suggest setting the LAN speed manually.
Please refer to the following steps:

1. Download Realtek Lan driver ver: 10035_05212019 and install it:
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/All/LAN/Realtek_LAN(v10035_05212019).zip
2. After installation finish, please restart the PC.
3. Go to Device manager and then open the properties of the LAN adapter.
4. Go to Advanced tab and adjust the [Speed &Duplex] manually.

Last week I change to this B450M-HDV R4.0 and then face the problem that I had not been before. All of the drivers installed but the LAN will only run at 100mps instead of gigabits LAN.
I can make sure not my router problem, so please fix the board or suggestion about it. Clean WIN10 OS.
