Anyone?

I removed the Quadro P4000 Nvidia card, re-formatted and sound worked. Re-installed P4000 video and no sound. I tried disabling all other sound devices but still no sound. Just built my pc and everything works except i have no sound. I see the bar showing sound but nothing out of speakers. I tried different speakers, same thing. I even tried pluging into front jack.
