Hi, I'm having difficulties while shutting down my PC, it won't turn off. When I try to turn off my PC, debug LED shows me "04" error code and fans keep turning(GPU fans too). I tried cleaning CMOS, changing ram slots, disassambled and assambled every PC part, cleaned the whole PC case and its parts, renewed thermal paste. As you can see, I tried every hardware solution way to fix this problem but none of them has solved my problem. Can you please help me about that?

In addition, system works great but it just won't turn off.
