Hi,

I have this board in a Phanteks Enthoo Evolv. The front two USB ports on the case constantly show the error "Device Descriptor Request Failed" and do not work with any generation of USB.

The rear ports work fine by themselves, but if I attach a hub to them, the USB port is unable to recognize when multiple devices are attached to the hub.

I've tried the fixes listed here, except for removing the power supply - https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/solved-unknown-usb-device-device-descriptor-request-failed-for-windows-10/
