Just built my first pc, asrock B550 steel legend, ryzen 7 3700x, evga 2080ti, Samsung 970evo. Having issue where my internet is working fine but as soon as I plug the ethernet into my pc it tanks my whole internet down to less the 3Mbps on every device in the house. It normally sits around 50-70. As soon as I unplug the ethernet or turn the pc off it jumps back up to normal. I've updated the bios to ver 1.20 and the latest realtek drivers but solved nothing.
