Hi,

I just got Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac http://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z370%20Gaming-ITXac/
I have installed Intel Core i5-9400T and RAM Corsair CMK8GX4M2A2400C16.

When I attempt to start the system:
- the CPU fan spins normally
- Blue LED light comes briefly from the bottom of the motherboard
- Flashing red LED light quickly replaces the blue light
- Nothing ever comes up on the screen.

I did not find any LED flashing codes in the manual, and I'm at a loss for further investigations. I have tried to clear CMOS.
Any tips would be awesome.

Note: I'm using a PicoPSU that I've never had a problem with before. Also it has a 4-pin CPU power but my understanding is that I should be fine considering that this CPU is low power.
