My parts list:

ASRock X470 master SLI/ac
Ryzen 5 3600
GTX 1660 super 6GB
EVGA 500W PSU
WD 500gb SSD M.2
Gskill 2 x 8gb ddr4 RAM 3200MHZ

As shown in the video, when I turn on power, I don't see any fans spinning. The cpu fan and case fans don't spin at all. I just see a flashing red LED on the motherboard. I checked and reseated the 24 pin mobo power and 8 pin cpu power cable, but still same issue. I tried reseating the RAM and unplugging all the non-essential pins as well. The motherboard box also came with a "Ryzen 3000 Desktop Ready" sticker.
