Thanks for posting.

Regarding your question, try to reinstall the CPU to see if it will work.
Also, please check if the CPU pins to see if they are in the correct form.
If it does not work, if possible, kindly try with a different RAM.

I would like to ask for help, maybe I overlooked something.

I bought B460M PRO4 with BIOS version 1.30 motherboard, with i3-10100F GPU-less CPU and 2 x 8 GB DDR (Goodram IRDM X DDR4 16 GB KIT, 2666 MHz 16-18-18 DIMM SR, DUAL CHANNEL).

I:
- checked two different Corsair PSU (450W and 500W),
- checked three different GPU starting from Geforce 1650, through Radeon GV-R6850 and NVidia 460 with both PCIE slots,
- cleared the CMOS as stated in manual,
- checked all configuration of DRAM (single in every slot, recommended by manual etc),
- tested without any storage, keyboard etc. attached.

I am not able to check motherboard with CPU with embedded GPU (without F in CPU name), because I don't have one. Thus I don't be able to upgrade BIOS, because ASRock doesn't support headless BIOS update, does it?

Any suggestion will be welcomed, I would like to avoid warranty procedure due to time constraints.
