Now if your
RAM isn't properly supported on your current version or the update includes a
critical security update (it will be noted as such in the description), then it
is worth doing.

Once you are able to boot again go back into the BIOS, enable XMP then
manually set your RAM speed to 1 step lower than the XMP default. If the system
POSTs and boots after that you should be good to go, if not, clear CMOS again
and lower it 2 steps. By step I mean from 3200 to 3000 or whatever is one speed
slower.

Was on most recent bios with XMP enabled without issue. 1.30

Flashed to new bios 1.50 today (USB) , booted to Windows fine. Went back into bios to enable xmp and now I have a major issue. PC will not boot. Post code error is 07. Looked up error code and it's a memory issue so how can I get back to booting my pc? I was on 1.30 beforehand and XMP worked!

Taichi mobo has reset button. Does this help me? How do I go about diagnosis and fixing? I've submitted a support ticket and also to a few pc help subbreddits. Can I instant flash 1.3 bios from startup?

This is my first Pc build and up to now, I've had no problems. Just would like to roll back to 1.30 and get my pc booted. I feel so dumb, any advice appreciated. I should have just left it alone because, again, was working great with 1.30 XMP enabled.

Thank you

3700x
RAM is Gskill F4-3600C16Q-32GTZN
