hello i have same problemm on my x870 rs pro wifi mobo when i start pc ''access violation at A-tuning exe'' appears. Is there any solution for it or newer version than current version. Got the same problem on Asrock Phantom gaming X Z390 and Windows 11 insider build. I also had this problem (ACCESS VIOLATION) with my z490 Taichi, and I solved it by downloading the utility from the link https://download.asrock.com/Utility/MotherboardUtility/MotherboardUtility(v3.0.400).zip

I also updated the app-shop https://download.asrock.com/Utility/Others/APPShop(v1.0.52).zip

NOTE: my BIOS is on P1.90 (intel 11th)

Thank you, I have the ASrock B550m Pro4 motherboard and had the same problem with crash/access violation.

Hey folks,

I can not open A-Tuning. Erro access violation at adress...
The System ist new wit Win 10 Pro (latest updates)

-B550 Steel Legend (Bios 1.2 - 1.52 tested)
-Ryzen 7 5800X
-G Skill Trident Neo 3600 CL16

Also CSM is On in Bios (Under Boot -> CSM)
