    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=17965">CHRISLAW84</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 17282<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19 Nov 2020 at 12:50am<br /><br />Hi there can someone help me<br /><br />I am having trouble with my Ram <br /><br />I have the ASROCK STEEL LEGEND B450M AMD MOTHERBOARD<br />I have 2 x 8GB CORSIAR VENGENCE PRO RGB 3200Mhz (CMW16GX4M2C3200C16W) stickS of RAM<br /><br />I built my PC in July this year.<br /><br />I followed instructions as per the manual / You tube Videos ; And carried out the following<br /><br />Installed the RAM installed in A1 and B2 ; boots but I only have 8GB RAM <br /><br />Installed the RAM installed in A2 and B2 ; boots but I only have 8GB RAM  <br /><br />Installed the RAM installed in A1 and A2 ; No boot<br /><br />Installed the RAM installed in B1 and B2 ; Boot 16gb Ram <br /><br />This wasn't a big problem but I believe this could be bottle necking the performance <br /><br />Also it is now a problem as I want to upgrade to 32GB - I have two RGB DUMMY sticks in A1 and A2 and the RGB works and is controllable - I dont want to buy new sticks if they wont work.<br /><br />Bench Mark<br /><br />UserBenchmarks: Game 79%, Desk 77%, Work 76%<br />CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 77.7%<br />GPU: AMD RX 5700-XT - 107.4%<br />HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 500GB - 44.1%<br />HDD: WD Blue 500GB (2010) - 66.9%<br />RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 42.3%<br />MBD: Asrock B450M Steel Legend<br /><br />Any help would be great full<br /><br />Thanks<br /><br /><br />]]>
