Hi there can someone help me

I am having trouble with my Ram

I have the ASROCK STEEL LEGEND B450M AMD MOTHERBOARD
I have 2 x 8GB CORSIAR VENGENCE PRO RGB 3200Mhz (CMW16GX4M2C3200C16W) stickS of RAM

I built my PC in July this year.

I followed instructions as per the manual / You tube Videos ; And carried out the following

Installed the RAM installed in A1 and B2 ; boots but I only have 8GB RAM

Installed the RAM installed in A2 and B2 ; boots but I only have 8GB RAM

Installed the RAM installed in A1 and A2 ; No boot

Installed the RAM installed in B1 and B2 ; Boot 16gb Ram

This wasn't a big problem but I believe this could be bottle necking the performance

Also it is now a problem as I want to upgrade to 32GB - I have two RGB DUMMY sticks in A1 and A2 and the RGB works and is controllable - I dont want to buy new sticks if they wont work.

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 500GB - 44.1%
HDD: WD Blue 500GB (2010) - 66.9%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 42.3%
MBD: Asrock B450M Steel Legend

Any help would be great full
