I have the X570 Steel Legend, x5800 and I have 2 3070's in my machine bios version 3.20. The issue is when I boot with my three monitors plugged into the main GPU I do not see the splash screen or bios screen. as soon as the machine boots into windows all monitors turn on and work normal. Just for giggles I plugged one monitor into the second GPU and boom I have the splash screen and can see bios on that screen also.
