ID: c1d62dca-9278-463e-802a-89687a44b083.<br /><br />Using BlueScreenView on memory dumps I get this:<br /><br />120120-10390-02.dmp 01/12/2020 23:06:42 SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x0000003b 00000000`c0000005 fffff800`0d82b340 ffffa787`fe7c9800 00000000`00000000 ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+3f5780 x64 ntoskrnl.exe+3f5780 C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\120120-10390-02.dmp 16 15 19041 2.670.628 01/12/2020 23:07:27<br /><br />Even on MS support forum they say the error is too generic to understand which driver caused the crash.<br />The system is updated with the latest drivers.<br />I even tried to uninstall all USB devices so Windows reinstalled everything at startup with no luck.<br /><br />MS support suggested to update the BIOS (!!!). Now I have version 4.00 which was the stable version for my configuration one year ago.<br /><br />Any suggestion?<br /><br />Thenak you in advance<br /><br />Davide<br /><br />]]>
