Author: Cazanova98
Subject: 17421
Posted: 06 Dec 2020 at 10:28am

Hi, I recently bought a ryzen 5 5600x, which requires a BIOs update for most b550 and x570 mobos, since I didn't had one I went over and bought the x570 steel legend, which as stated before, required a BIOs update for compatibility. When I went over to do the BIOs update (I tried updating it to the 3.31 version) the pc randomly turned off mid update, I know this case is extreme and that it bricks mobos, well, it bricked mine. The thing is I now don't now what to do, I've tried everything, anyone of you knows if the warranty is still in place? (I literally didn't touched anything, it turned off on its own) or if there is any way to recover that mobo? Maybe I can send it back to AsRock and they'll fix it? I'll appreciate any info someone can give me, thanks in advance!
