Author: mxga917
Subject: 17429
Posted: 07 Dec 2020 at 1:13pm

So polychrome has been buggy ever since I've gotten my trident rgb ram sticks. I recently added RGB fans to my build and it made syncing with sticks inconsistent. Updating to the polychrome beta (1.079 I believe it is) I was happy with how it interacted with the fans but it no longer recognized my trident sticks. Desperately searching for a solution I foolishly tried a fix on this forum found at this link: http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=17269&title=b550-zen3-polychrome-not-detecting-rgb-devices . I say foolish since this was probably a fix for a specific board. NOW I'm getting infinite boxes upon startup with the error "Access violation at address 006593A0 in module "AsrPolychromeRGB.exe", Read of address FFFFFFEC." Going to delete the program and run off of dragon center for now but would be nice If I could fix this error and sync everything back up in polychrome so I don't have to stare at clown colors.
