Hello, this is my first post on this forum and hope you can help me

I have 2 GPUS(rx580 and gtx1650) and i want to pass one to VM(gtx1650), but when i boot to my OS gpu that is in 2nd PCI slot(1650) does not post(Shows no signal). Like one month back i was trying to do the same thing with older card (nvidia 210 or something) and it posted, everything worked just fine. Then i ordered gtx1650 but until it arrived i had some problems with my ram so i had to reset my bios a couple of times. Is it possible that something is disabled in BIOS like 2 GPU support or something? Because i tested my gtx1650 on the first pci slot and it works.

My specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x,
1st GPU: RX580 sapphire nitro + 8gb,
2nd GPU: MSI rtx1650 4gb,
