Your current 1400 will work under any BIOS version .. hence the 'all' under "Since BIOS" column in the CPU support list.]]>

The problem is that the CPU support list says that this CPU is only supported with 3.90 BIOS and the P3.90 BIOS description says it's <strong>NOT RECOMENDED for summit, pinnacle or raven CPUS, afaik the 1600AF is a pinnacle CPU without its boosting features.</strong> <br /><br />So, should I try using the 1600AF with the P3.40 BIOS or should I update it straight to the 3.90? Why this BIOS isn't recommended for pinnacle anyways?<br /><br /><br />]]>
