Author: edshea4
Subject: 1766
Posted: 19 Jan 2016 at 5:52am

Need help getting M.2 950 Pro NVM Express to be seen by the mother board. I have tested the NVMe and it works on its own. The problem I have is getting the z170 to see it so I can install an OS to it. If I could get some help that would be amazing... I have been looking on the internet and trying to fix this all day (6 hours now) and it is simply infuriating. I am considering returning this thing because it makes me question whether or not it really even was supported to begin with.

Why do companies release products that specifically list compatibility but clearly do not have it out of the box?

I just want this to work. I don't want to spend more time waiting on stuff to arrive. Please someone help me.
