I can't seem to get two 1660 Super GPUs working. First off, I can't seem to get either GPU working in the lower PCIE slot. Power goes to it, but it won't post and I get the red VGA light.

I've tried tinkering around with various BIOS settings, but I'm wondering if anyone has had any success with getting two GPUs to work and if so, what did have to do?

CPU is ryzen 3700x w/32 GB ram.
