That link doesn't work, just tried it.

However, on the plus side, I booted my PC up this morning and tried it, not the beta but the other one, and it worked. Not only did it detect it, but changing the colors in the program actually changed it on the card.

I'm having the exact or very similar problem. I have the ASRock 6800 XT Taichi, just got it today from Newegg, downloaded the two programs (Tweak and ASRGBLED), and while Tweak seems to work, the ASRGBLED popped open the first two times, but now it's not even recognizing that I have an ASRock GPU. Even when it opened the first time, I tried changing the color settings, and no matter what I chose, it wouldn't change on the GPU.

My PC is still recognizing that I have a 6800 XT, but it's not saying ASRock anywhere. I'm not sure if there's anywhere I can check to see if the PC will recognize a partner-brand GPU vs just the stock name.
