If that passes, you are safe. Also if you have any OCs on CPU, drop them to factory settings before the flash to minimise any unexpected instabilities.
basically best way to flash a BIOS is:
note previous BIOS settings for yourself via photos, if you wish to keep them in the future, reset the BIOS to factory default, and then flash the BIOS.

Good luck :)

When I boot up, I can get into the UEFI and my 56000x is shown along with my RAM 16GB Corsair Vengeance 3200Mhz in Slot A2.
I can get to the Instant Flash in the UEFI Update Utility, am I able to update the BIOS to 3.2 using my 5600x CPU, as the BIOS page states: ??To support Renoir/Ryzen??5000 processors, it requires to update the BIOS with Matisse CPU.
*If you use Pinnacle Ridge or Picasso, please refer to the "Steps to Update Renoir/ Ryzen??5000 Supported BIOS" to update the BIOS.??
I don?™t want to blow the MB
I?™ve tried asking ASRock Technical Support, but as yet, No Reply.
Any help gratefully received.
