I also just bought a asrock a320m HDV R.4 mobo and I also frequently change the bios version to upgrade VRAM and Oveclock RAM. but I can't find AMD CBS for VRAM setting.

saya juga baru beli mobo asrock a320m HDV R.4 dan saya juga sering ganti versi bios untuk upgrade VRAM dan oveclock RAM. tapi saya tidak menemukan AMD CBS untuk setting VRAM.

However manual itself is extremely vague. It is possible manual is updated for latest BIOS version. However, with your CPU, it is a pure minefield when updating to newer versions. Only initial BIOS version has no yellow warning/conditional update messages:

What is the reason for VRAM increase?         IGC : Forces
        UMA Mode : UMA_Spec
        UMA Frame Buffer : 512 MB
