Hello

It is not possible to update the UEFI of my computer (ASRock X99 Extreme6/3.1 (Intel X99) intel i7 -5820K).
I've already tried several times to update the UEFI from the original version (unclear but about 2017), but that doesn't work.
Although the Internet connection exists, it indicated that no Internet is available, even though there is no Proxi server or anything like that. As I have no proxy server, I don't use PPP option, always DMCP.
My computer is directly connected to the router.
So the reason is unclear.


Can you help me?
