    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=18484">zoggyfroggy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 17752<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09 Jan 2021 at 6:20am<br /><br />I'm building my first home server/nas and am having trouble getting it to boot up.<br /><br />Specs:<br /><br />Mobo: ASRock c236 WSI<br /><br />Case: Rosewill RSV-L4500<br /><br />PSU: Fractal Design Ion+ 660w<br /><br />Memory: Crucial 16GB (1x16) DDR4-3200 CL22 (only using 1)<br /><br />CPU: Intel i7 7700T 2.9Ghz (also have an Intel i7 6700t that I have tried as well since its the CPU compatible with all versions of the BIOS)<br /><br /><br />When I turn the PSU on, the SB_PWR1 LED turns a solid green and stays on. I then try to press the power button the front of the case, and when I do I am not getting any LEDs lit up on the case and no fans turn on.<br /><br />System Panel Install:<br />PLED+&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;PLED-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Power (Red)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Power (White)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;BLANK(No Pin)<br />HDLED+&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;HDLED-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reset (Black)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reset (Green)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;No connection<br /><br /><br />ATX Power connector is connected to the PSU.<br /><br />ATX 12V is connected to the PSU using the included cpu cable<br /><br />CPU Cooler, front fans are connected<br /><br /><br />Not really sure what to do next... Any ideas?]]>
