Hello,

After completing the setup of my build, CPU and DRAM error LED immediately light up on boot. Fans spin but no sounds from motherboard speaker

Config :

- Motherboard: AsRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
- Video card: Msi geforce gtx 1660
- Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPS 16GB
- HDD: Western Digital Blue SN 550
- PSU: Seasonic Focus plus gold 560W 80+



Problem solving steps

- Reseated the CPU
- Reseated the GPU
- Reseated the RAM
- Clearing the CROM by taking off the battery
- Checked if the back plate is touching any metal (it's not)
- Cleaned the slots for the RAM and the GPU.
- Reconnected all power supply connections

- Tried new motherboard (both duplicate motherboard and different model)
- Tried new RAM (different make and model)
- Tried new CPU (both duplicate and Ryzen 5 1600)

- all the parts and duplicate parts are new.

- Added test speaker to motherboard. No beeping

Any thoughts or ideas appreciated.
