Hey all,

I just received the motherboard I ordered from Newegg. It is AsRock X99 WS-E. The box is not sealed in any way. The anti static pouch is not sealed either. I can see some light fingerprints on the board and I don't know if those are left by a worker at the factory or somebody used it and had it returned to Newegg and I got a used mb. it has the protective foam frame attached to it with 4 zip ties.

Is it normal? Thanks.
