I have an X370 Taichi and an R5 3600 but no way to update the BIOS to give it a
try. I sold my 1600x and now have no supported CPU to flash with. it does exist (allbeit a beta bios for the x370 taichi)

now i have the bios file downloaded (thanks jzelectronics)

but a few guys who have used it and a 5000 series cpu seem to have the pcie x16 slot LOCKED at x8

has anyone here tried the beta bios file for the 5000 cpu ?
and have you checked the pcie slot speed ?

either with an older 3000 cpu and the new file or trying a new 5000 cpu
