I got into BIOS using a 4GB 2400Mhz stick of Corsair LPX (the same Brand/Model as the 16GB Sticks) and upgraded to version 1.80.&nbsp; With the new BIOS installed I've been able to boot it up with the 16GB sticks and I'm setting up Windows now.<div></div></span><br>Thank you for your help, Wardog.</span></span>]]>

Like I said though, small and slow giving the BIOS the benefit of the doubt in recognizing it and boot.<br><br>4GB 2400 <i>should</i> be workable. Name brand, Corsair. Is 2400Mhz likely to be slow enough as the lowest seems to be 2133Mhz and those are value sticks. Maybe that will do, but for a couple of pounds more I would prefer a stick I might find a use for afterwards.<br />Thanks]]>

Have a friendly mom and pop computer repair that might slap a stick in there and flash it for you?<br><br>3. No help here but what specific 64GB Kit of Vengeance 3000Mhz is it you have there.<br>]]>

There is no mention of /3.1 on the box that I can find. Under the Serial No and Part No is the code X99 PROFESSIONAL/A/ASRK if that helps.<br /><br />Thanks]]>
