Thank you for the posting,

For this case, we would suggest flashing the RGB firmware manually to try.
Please refer to the following steps.

1.Uninstall the ASRock Polychrome and other RGB control program in Control Panel and make sure the ASRRGB folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ is disappear.

2. Restart the PC and download the latest ASRock Polychrome utility from below link and install it.
ASRock Polychrome RGB ver:2.0.89: https://download.asrock.com/Utility/RGB/PolychromeRGB(v2.0.89).zip

3. Type "CMD" in Windows search bar and right click to choose "Run as administrator".

4. Go to RGB app installation folder in Command Prompt by typing "cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin"

5. Flash the RGB chip by using the following command "WriteFW.bat"

After step 5, kindly wait about 30 sec and the FW flash will finish.

I've connected an EK-Quantum Kinetic TBE 200 D5 PWM D-RGB - pump reservoir combo unit LED header to the addressable LED header on the x570 ASRock Steel Legend motherboard, downloaded the ASRRGBLED software on the motherboard's home page, using version 3.50 bios and a Ryzen 9 5900X processor. I've downloaded & installed both ASRock Polychrome RGB ver:2.0.38 and version: 2.0.83 [Beta], done the steps outlined in http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=8147&title=rgb-led-app-issues
except I found that my file name is "wICPFLASHADSBv2.exe" instead of "wICPFLASH.exe" but I still can't get the RGB to work, could it be because I didn't connect the ATX12V2 Power connector?
