my taichi board is having an odd power issue.. the leds on the motherboard light up when plugged in, but the onboard power and reset buttons stay dark (they briefly flash on when you flip the psu's power switch, but remain off, and the system power button wont do anything

i have already tried clearing cmos/reseating battery/flashback bios which completed ok
