As a follow up, the card was bought on 3/4/2020 from Newegg and is outside their RMA / Return Policy window.

I submitted a ticket for the issue where my RX 5700 XT Challenger has stopped working. The fans will not start, and the system will not detect the card, but will continue to boot up without it. I sent the ticket over two weeks ago and was wondering what the turn around is for support? Any info would be great.
