I have the 9900kf and z390 taichi with P4.30 bios with Windows 10.

So I recently decided to upgrade my 9700k to 9900k on my z390 Taichi. But after installing the 9900k, I'm unable to boot into windows 10.
I reinstalled my 9700k and it boots just fine.
So I tried to install the 9900k again and I have the same issue. So I decided to do a fresh install of windows but it freezes at the windows logo.
