Kindly provide the following information:
1. Please check if you can recall any changes made to the system before ASRock RGB stopped running.
2. If there are third party RGB software, kindly uninstall it.
3. Please provide the RGB software version and check with the latest version that can be downloaded from the website.

I have not been able to start my ASR RGB LED for months and therefore cannot control my LED or connect it to Razer.

I always get the following error.
"" Error 0xFFFB "
There is no Asr graphics card and Asr USB LED Header! "

What can I do?

Got from ASrock Z390 Phantom Gaming 9

PS: ASR RGB ran for a while.
