I have a Asrock Z390 Pro4 motherboard and my USB Microsoft Basic Mouse isn't recognised on start up? No cursor and a message is displayed that it has malfunctioned? (Fault code 43) I have 2 of these mice and they both get the same message? I have tried other USB & wireless mice without any problems? Is there a conflict with these USB Microsoft Basic mice?
