I have put this to the technical support.

I run a pretty tidy setup:
MB Model Name      ROMED8-2T

BMC Firmware Version 1.00.00
BIOS Firmware Version P1.10
PSP Firmware Version 0.C.0.78


With
CPU:      AMD EPYC 7402P 24-Core Processor
RAM: 2 x SK Hynix HMAA8GL7CPR4N-WM 2933 MT/s 32GB
NVMe: Samsung SSD 980 PRO 1TB
HDD: 2 x WDC WD40EFRX-68N32N0
GPU: PCIe 2 x NVIDIA 3090 RTX, 1 x NVIDIA 1030

I keep getting

347 | 02/05/2021, 05:54:19 | BIOS             | Critical Interrupt               | Bus Degraded - Asserted
      |                      |                  |                                    | Bus number: 0x01
      |                      |                  |                                    | Link speed degraded


The OS keeps working and the Display locks up somewhat.

I use IOMMU PCIe passthrough from a Ubuntu 20.04 host to a Ubuntu 20.04 guest using libvirt and qemu

What can I do to fix this problem.
