the way motherboard manufacturers qualify RAM to work is not what normal user would call normal usage.
You can play lottery with 16GB of total RAM, or 32GB, but when it comes to 128GB of RAM, you just going to be wasting money and time.

They also have 4600MHz RAM qualified, yet no one in real life has it running at those speeds.

I dont think thats completly true, because in the motheboards QVL memory list, you have Teamforce memory Listed at 3600. 16Gbsticks and they work in 2/4/8 slots ..so 3200 its not the limit... Take 3200Mhz as maximum. Buying faster speed RAM in these capacities to just not be able to use these speeds is extremely pointless :) forget about 4000mhz or 3800mhz.
