My VisionX 471B won't turn on. This morning I powered it on and it booted into Windows. Later, I went to restart, but after POST it just showed a dead screen. Now when I turn it on, the blue power light blinks every five seconds and it sounds like it's going to boot, but doesn't. I've already changed the CMOS battery, tried clearing the CMOS both via jumper & battery, and disconnected both the HDD & ODD. Still nothing but the blue light every five seconds.
