I just got a DeskMini X300W barebones. Installed a Ryzen 5 4650G, Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe SSD, a Pony 8GB DDR4 SODIMM. Resulting build won't boot. The fan will spin, but the power light doesn't even turn on.
