I have a Sabrent SATA-USB3 enclosure. When I connect it to my front panel USB3 connector, it constantly disconnects and reconnects. If I connect it to a rear panel connector it works normally. Other devices I connect to the front panel seem to work fine, but they are all USB2. The Sabrent enclosure is the only USB3 device I have to test.

Has anyone experienced an issue like this?
