No. Not the ASRock AIC anyways.

The motherboard doesn't have the req'd TBT Header shown in the AIC's manual.

Is it possible to add a thunderbolt card, like the Asrock THundrebolt AIC, to the Formula OC (http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20OC%20Formula/) ? I just need thunderbolt to connect to a thunderbolt 2 harddisk and not for connecting to a thunderbolt display. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
