So I recently upgraded my cpu cooler to Thermalright TRUE Spirit 140 power from the stock cooler for my 3600x. However, now whenever I run Speed Fan or Argus Monitor, they can't detect my fans. I went to check in BIOS, and I have wildy inaccurate readings as seen in the image. I have checked all my cables, uninstalled and reinstalled my mobo (Asrock b450m) , flashed to latest bios, and still cannot fix this. The fans are all running at max speed and noise, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid in the first place.

When I run SpeedFan, this is the message I get:

Win9x:NO 64Bit:YES GiveIO:NO SpeedFan:YES

I/O properly initialized

Linked ISA BUS at $0290

Scanning ISA BUS at $0290...

Found ST2000DM008-2FR102 on AdvSMART

Found SCSI drive INTEL SSDPEKNW01 (1024.2GB)

End of detection

ERROR: Fan Controller 0 can't find PWM (Nuvoton NCT6779D@$290(onISA@$290))

Can't find temperature sensor (2 from Nuvoton NCT6779D@$290(onISA@$290))

Loaded 0 events

Did I somehow damage my mobo? Please help.
