Please follow the instructions below to change the boot priority.

1. Please go to BIOS\Boot
2. Switch your boot driver (with UEFI and windows boot manager label) to the first place
3. Press "F10" to save the setting and check

If the problem still exists, please press [F11] during the post screen to access the boot menu and manually select your boot drives to see if your system can post into your system disk.

All the best,
ASRock TSD

Author: digimath
Subject: 18256
Posted: 01 Mar 2021 at 9:08am

Hi,

I've recently completed a build with this motherboard. I was able to install Windows 10 from a USB stick. After the install when I powered down the computer and attempted to restart it later, the ASRock logo shows up but it never boots into Windows. I can access BIOS and Boot order settings without issue. I can see the hard drive and attempt to boot from it but it does the same thing. When I put the USB stick back in to attempt to repair, I exited the Windows process before doing anything and let it attempt to boot again and the computer will boot into Windows. The only way I can get the computer to boot to Windows is by attempting to boot from another device first and then exiting. I was able to get all of the drivers installed from the cd that comes with the motherboard but the problem persists. I did a complete format and reinstall of Windows with no success. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
